Hinal did a carehome visit for our loved one with dementia. She was very gentle and professional dealing with them. She was very flexible and accomodating with her timings. I wasn't sure how the appointment would go due to the dementia but Hinal reassured us from the beginning and even suggested, she was happy to come again if needed, which wasn't necessary. She left with some good aftercare advice. Would highly recommend and would definitely call her for again when required.

After suffering from a blocked ear for a few days, Hinal saw me last minute to sort me out. Informative, professional, friendly… she was brilliant and she sorted out my ear! (I could share the pics but they would probably gross you out). I have no hesitancy in recommending Hinal!

My daughter was suffering from ear pain for the past 3 months. We visited various clinics and gp but no help. Hinal was brilliant, she put my daughter at ease, was calm and confident to understand the symptoms. She also managed to clear the wax and show us the problem within the ear. Highly recommend!

Hinal is very professional. I called her on Sunday around 5.30p.m to come and check my husband's ears as he had built up wax. She came within half an hour. Checked and removed wax from both his ears and gave very good advice on how to look after the ears and having to put drops in. As his one ear was red inside she came back on Monday to make sure there was no infection. I cannot fault her service. Very Happy with her promptness and thoroughness.

Excellent service by Hinal. Very courteous and made me very comfortable. I did have both my ears blocked and she was very gentle but also very through with the removal of wax. Also showed before and after how the ear looked on the little screen through camera. Really appreciated her seeing me urgently on Sunday evening. Thank you 🙏

Hinal was so brilliant and very professional, she managed to see me quickly at my convenience. I was very scared because my bad ear had Grommet inserted and was full of ear wax, she took her time listening to my problems and checked both my ears and removed the wax from the bad ear without any pain and she didn’t need to do anything to the other ear. Her charges are very reasonable and the Services and Aftercare advice are excellent, I would definitely recommend her to all my family and friends. She also does Home visits which is ideal if you can’t travel.
